SHIPPING POLICY
Order processing time: 1-2 days
India: Free Shipping; 3-6 working days
Rest of the World: Free Standard Shipping on non discounted prodcts
Standard shipping time: 7-14 working days. Carriers are selected based on most efficient delivery.
Express shipping will be available at INR 2200/-, shipping time: 4-7 working days.
NOTE: Shipping time for Pre-ordered products will be specified on the product page.
Import Duties: All international orders may be subject to sales tax, import duties and custom charges at the expense of the customer. We cannot be held responsible for how long it takes your order to pass through customs.
Please note that the customers will always be responsible for paying any import bills they may receive.
Delivery Address & P.O. Boxes: Please note that we are unable to modify the delivery address once we dispatch your order. We do not ship to P.O. boxes.
Undelivered Goods:
India: In the event that your order cannot be delivered, due to incorrect information or missed deliveries these orders will be returned to us at the courier services discretion. Once your order has been returned to us you will be contacted. Customers are responsible for any additional shipping charges for redelivery.
Rest of the World: If the package cannot be delivered to the given shipping address due to incorrect information, missed deliveries or if the customer refuses to collect the package, the package will be returned to the sender (Cyanberry) at the customers expense. The expense includes shipping costs and any duty and tax the package may have incurred, this amount will be deducted from the total of the order to be refunded.
RETURNS AND REFUND
RETURNS:
All Sales are final.
Since we are a small scale brand with a unique selection of pieces, we don't offer returns for any products.
We offer size exchange for certain products (mentioned on the product page), for (INDIA) domestic orders only, within 7 days from the date of delivery. Reach out to us at exchange@cyanberry.in
In case of a sale item, customer will have to pay additional shipping cost for exchange.
REFUNDS:
You may request a refund for your order (including international orders) in case:
(a) Incorrect product is delivered;
(b) both the product and shipping package have been damaged;
(c) Product is defective/damaged;
(d) Parts of the Product and/or accessory is missing;

Refunds are processed after QC of the product, upon return. Refunds are issued in the form of gift cards equivalent to the selling/MRP amount, which can be used within six months of issue. Gift cards are non-refundable; and are only redeemable at our online store. Shipping charges are non-refundable.
Under certain circumstances, we do issue refunds in the orignal mode of payment.

TERMS OF EXCHANGE & REFUND:
Products bought at a discounted price/ sale are not eligible for an exchange under any circumstances.
In case a size isn't available for exchange, customer may choose a different product of the same value or a giftcard will be issued for the same amount, which will be valid for six months since date of purchase, redeemable at our online store.
You can exchange the product(s), purchased from us provided the product(s) satisfy below mandatory conditions:

The product has not been worn, cleaned or tampered with by you.

The brand tags, original packaging material, accompanying accessories are intact and not altered, damaged or discarded by you.

The product is not altered, unless proven vendor defect.

Return is being initiated against the order under which it was bought and the product matches our records.

There is no foul odour, perfume, stains, dents, scratches, tears or damage on the product.

The product(s) if bought as a set should be exchanged as the complete set.

Products returned should be in unused, undamaged, unwashed and in a saleable condition.

We are satisfied that the product has not been rendered defective or unusable.

Return of purchased products are facilitated through our reverse-logistics partners. On receipt of request for return of product on bluorng.com and the same being duly acknowledged by us, our reverse-logistics partners may get in touch with you in order to collect the purchased products from you.
We reserve the right to reject the exchange request for a product if it does not satisfy the aforementioned conditions.​
